Brief History

ACPDA was founded in 1990 in Kolkata, India upon the premise that the challenges facing Trusts , Foundations, both private and public management corporate in implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) and its partners Non- governmental organizations (NGOs) required a new quality of consulting and professional services to improve people's lives.

Taking stock of technical assistance best practices, foundation governance, corporate governance, business ethics and human rights in economic development, introducing apt and fitting private sector technologies and processes, constant review of achievements, as well as thorough quality management shaped the ACPDA.

ACPDA primarily manages projects in the fields of Economics and livelihood, Institution building and good governance, Fellowship and Mentoring programme on Energy, Basic Education, Management Education, Leadership and Effective management, Increasing cross- cultural capabilities, and special services.
